Lead Management helps generate listings for us by making sure that we're in communication with our customers. It's local. They all have Kiwi accents, which I think my clients respond well to. I think it's really reflecting on my business as well. The role of the team is to manage my database and make sure everyone is communicated with on a regular basis. I should be front of mind when they decide to sell with a real estate agent.
