Who are we?
Lead Management started when one of our owners Gareth Robins began his real estate career and struggled to find a reliable local company to manage his real estate prospecting needs. Coming from a call centre background Gareth put together Lead Management in its humble beginnings in his converted home double garage. From there it went from strength to strength more of less from word of mouth. Before long the team had outgrown the garage and needed a commercial call centre. At this point Madonna Gibson joined the team as a business owner. She brought with her 8 years of call centre management experience and has since added a further 7 years managing the team and driving the growth of the company.
2013 saw results from cold calling start to fall away. It was obvious that the industry was moving away from old school sales tactics to a stronger customer service based model. It was at this point with Madonna's significant call centre management experience, combined with Gareth's experience as the top real estate salesperson in the Wellington region that the Nurture Lead Nurturing system was born.

The next step was to build a team that could deliver results while still maintaining a strong customer service focus on every call. This was no easy task. Over the 7 years that Nurture has been offered our team has grown and developed, now delivering a consistent flow of leads into our clients businesses every week. This combination of customer service, ability to spot opportunities, attention to detail, sharp reports and excellent conversational skills have only added to appraisal after appraisal that our team are able to deliver. Today Lead Management is working with most major brands across the country and is managing calling from Northland to Southland and everywhere in between making them the go to company for real estate lead nurturing services in New Zealand.
